An appliance shop that never got round to becoming a website.
We sell kitchen and home appliances out of a showroom in Leeds. The catalogue is online because that's convenient. The buying still happens between two people, because that part works better.
Most appliance websites are built to take payment as quickly as possible. That works well for the site and badly for the customer, who finds out about the fifteen-centimetre clearance problem after the money has gone.
So we kept the part of the shop that was working. You browse the catalogue, shortlist whatever looks right, and send it over. We come back with the real price, whether it's actually in stock, and when we can get it to you — usually within the hour.
If your alcove is 595mm and the fridge is 600mm, we'll be the ones to tell you before it arrives. That conversation is the product.

How we work
We'd rather talk first
A checkout takes your money before anyone has checked the appliance fits, the stock is real, or the delivery works. We do it the other way round.
Our own vans, our own people
Nobody hands your appliance to a courier. The person who delivers it can also fit it, and can answer for it afterwards.
We fix what we sell
Warranty work is done by us, locally, rather than routed through a manufacturer's call centre.

Everything in the catalogue can be seen, opened and plugged in before you commit to it.
Landlords, letting agents and trade
If you're fitting out more than one property, email us rather than working through the catalogue. We'll price the whole lot together, coordinate delivery around your tenancy dates, and keep a record of what went into which property.
